Whatever your fire safety needs are, we are here to help and can provide you with help and guidance or direct you towards relevant information. Although we will always endeavour to give you the best possible advice, the responsibility for ensuring that you are adhering and complying with current legislation or best practice remains with you.

Our Pricing Policy

Fire Safety Cork’s aim is to offer great value for all of the quality products that we sell. The prices of products advertised for sale on our Website are in euro, excluding 23% VAT, and excluding delivery. Shipping and handling charges will be clearly set out when you place your order and will be added to the total amount due. Delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in Ireland, other destinations are available on request.

Fire Safety Cork reserve the right to update and change Prices any time prior to acceptance of your order. In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on the Website, Fire Safety Cork will usually contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or Fire Safety Cork is unable to obtain your instructions, Fire Safety Cork will cancel your order and any sum debited by Us from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card. Fire Safety Cork will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. Fire Safety Cork may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. On any such occasion Fire Safety Cork will email you to make you aware as soon as it is possible to do so.

You will receive an email, once your order is in process, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement only and is not an acceptance of your order.

Although Fire Safety Cork always endeavour to keep a stock of all items advertised on the website, occasionally products you order may not be available or discontinued by a manufacturer. If this happens we will contact you to ask what you would like to do, either cancel the order, wait for re-stock or choose an alternative item. In the event of a cancellation any sum debited by Fire Safety Cork from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card.

Delivery Information

At Fire Safety Cork we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We carry in stock the majority of equipment listed on our website. Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.

Order Discrepancies

If there’s a problem with your order please advise us on +353 (0)87 2740856 within 3 days upon receipt of the goods.

Returns Policy

Occasionally we know you may want to return items, So if you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can return the order within 14 days of delivery and we’ll give you your money back excluding the original delivery costs. Please don’t just return your items without reading “To Return An Item” below for details. We accept the return of orders as long as:

∗ The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
∗ All accessories are present and undamaged
∗ The equipment is unused in its original condition as sold
∗ The equipment has not been switched on or powered up

We cannot accept the return of any special order equipment or items that have been customised or modified for a customer.

Defective Items

All of our items are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see “To Return An Item” below for details.

To Return An Item

Firstly contact us about your return on +353 (0)87 2740856. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging. The goods must be returned to us at your own cost within two weeks following your cancellation. It is really important the goods are returned via a recorded delivery service as any goods that may have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility. Once the returned item is received in the warehouse it will be inspected, if it’s found as new and unused, we will refund your money excluding the original delivery costs.
