Overview
Fire Safety Cork supply various options of Automatic Fire Extinguishers. Our BAFE Qualified Engineers commission, install, service, maintain and certify all types and sizes of fire extinguishers. Automatic Fire Extinguishers are usually installed in locations that are occasionally or permanently unmanned, or anywhere requiring an instant extinguishing reaction. The heat sensitive glass bulbs or tubing burst when the temperature rises to 68°C or 78°C dispersing the fire fighting agent and extinguishing the fire. ABC Dry Powder Automatic Fire Extinguishers are used in boiler houses, vehicle engines and marine engine rooms. Inert gases FE36 Automatic Fire Extinguishers and FM200 Automatic Fire Extinguishers are used in computer rooms, marine engine rooms and enclosed compartments.
