CO2 Fire Extinguishers are versatile and can be used on Class B flammable liquid fires and live electrical fires. Class B substances include petrol, diesel, adhesives, paints and grease. Carbon dioxide is a clean agent with a fast extinguishing action and is the most effective extinguisher media on live electrical equipment. 2kg CO2 fire extinguishers are fitted with a frost free horn to protect users from frost burn. CO2 Fire Extinguishers are ideal for food preparation areas, plant rooms, offices and shops and are often found paired with either a water or foam fire extinguisher to cover multiple fire risks.
