Delivery Information

At Fire Safety Cork we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We carry in stock the majority of equipment listed on our website. Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.

Order Discrepancies

If there’s a problem with your order please advise us on +353 (0)87 2740856 within 3 days upon receipt of the goods.

Defective Items

All of our items are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see “To Return An Item” below for details.

Returns Policy

Occasionally we know you may want to return items, So if you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can return the order within 14 days of delivery and we’ll give you your money back excluding the original delivery costs. Please don’t just return your items without reading “To Return An Item” below for details. We accept the return of orders as long as:

∗ The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
∗ All accessories are present and undamaged
∗ The equipment is unused in its original condition as sold
∗ The equipment has not been switched on or powered up

We cannot accept the return of any special order equipment or items that have been customised or modified for a customer.

To Return An Item

Firstly contact us about your return on +353 (0)87 2740856. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging. The goods must be returned to us at your own cost within two weeks following your cancellation. It is really important the goods are returned via a recorded delivery service as any goods that may have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility. Once the returned item is received in the warehouse it will be inspected, if it’s found as new and unused, we will refund your money excluding the original delivery costs. Returns should be sent to : Fire Safety Cork, Lakeside, Inchydoney, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, P85 FN28. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
